
Ingredients:
• Cashewnuts – 50gm
• Cheese – 20 gm
• Milk – 2 tbsp
• Green chillies – 4 nos.
• Cream – 5 tsp
• Elaichi (cardamom) powder – 1 tbsp
• Chicken Breast – 100gm
• Garlic, finely chopped – 1tsp
• Ginger – 1tsp
• Lemon juice – few drops
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the chicken pieces.
- Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour or two
- Heat the tandoor and place all marinated chicken pieces on the hot tandoor.
- Sprinkle lime juice over the grilled chicken and serve with freshly cut onion rings.
