Ingredients:

• Cashewnuts – 50gm
• Cheese – 20 gm
• Milk – 2 tbsp
• Green chillies – 4 nos.
• Cream – 5 tsp
• Elaichi (cardamom) powder – 1 tbsp
• Chicken Breast – 100gm
• Garlic, finely chopped – 1tsp
• Ginger – 1tsp
• Lemon juice – few drops
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the chicken pieces.
  2. Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour or two
  3. Heat the tandoor and place all marinated chicken pieces on the hot tandoor.
  4. Sprinkle lime juice over the grilled chicken and serve with freshly cut onion rings.
