Ingredients:

• 2-3 nos. – potato, boiled & grated
• 2 nos. – onions, chopped
• 1/2 bunch – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 no.- green chilli, chopped
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – amchur powder
• 5 nos.- Lijjat papad

Method:

  1. Take grated potato in a bowl. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, red chilli powder and amchoor powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Now take a round papad, spread little water on it and place the stuffing on it.
  3. Make a roll of the papad, folding it from all 4 sides.
  4. Now fry that roll on low flame in a non-stick frying pan till the papad is done.
  5. Serve it hot with ketchup.
