
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Shelled fresh peas.
• 2 – Potatoes, peeled and cubed.
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds.
• 4 – green chillies, chopped finely.
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice.
• 2 tbsp – Chopped coriander leaves.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds and chopped green chillies for 1 min.
- Now add the potatoes, peas, salt and turmeric and mix well.
- Then add a little water and simmer on low heat till the potatoes and peas are tender.
- Garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapattis or rice.
