Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boiled Potatoes .
• 200 gms – green peas, boiled.
• 50 gms – Sultanas (big raisins).
• 1 tbsp – asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp – cumin powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder.
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice.
• 1 tbsp – chopped green chillies.
• 2 tbsp – chopped ginger.
• Salt to taste.
• Chick pea flour for dusting.

Method:

  1. Mash the potatoes till it is without any lumps.
  2. Heat oil and temper the green peas with hing, cumin, chillies, ginger and salt.
  3. Add nutmeg powder into the mashed potatoes, salt and cream well. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  4. Now make small patties, stuff the green peas and seal well by dusting with the chick pea flour, grill it on the hot plate.
  5. Garnish with green peas on top.
