Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boiled Potatoes .
• 200 gms – green peas, boiled.
• 50 gms – Sultanas (big raisins).
• 1 tbsp – asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp – cumin powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder.
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice.
• 1 tbsp – chopped green chillies.
• 2 tbsp – chopped ginger.
• Salt to taste.
• Chick pea flour for dusting.
Method:
- Mash the potatoes till it is without any lumps.
- Heat oil and temper the green peas with hing, cumin, chillies, ginger and salt.
- Add nutmeg powder into the mashed potatoes, salt and cream well. Refrigerate it for an hour.
- Now make small patties, stuff the green peas and seal well by dusting with the chick pea flour, grill it on the hot plate.
- Garnish with green peas on top.
