
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1cup – Rice flour
• 50 gm – Groundnut
• 1 cup – Bengal Gram
• 1 cup – Horse Gram
• 10 gm – Poppy Seeds
• 50 gm – Chana dal
• 10 gm – Til
• 250 gm – Jaggery
Method:
- Fry separately with a little ghee: Bengal gram, horse gram, groundnut, wheat flour and rice flour.
- Grind Bengal gram, horse gram and groundnuts separately.
- Put jaggery in a pan and add a little water till it dissolves and forms bubbles.
- Then add all these powders, mix it well and make small balls.
- Cool it for 10 minutes.
