
Ingredients:
• 100 gm – Pumpkin diced
• 25 gm – Onion chopped
• 25 gm – Celery chopped
• 2 gm – Spring onion chopped
• 300 ml – vegetable stalk
• 100 gm – pasta/macaroni
• Olive oil as needed
• Seasoning as needed
Method:
- In a pan pour olive oil and saut1.5 chopped onions till translucent.
- Add pumpkin, spring onion celery and stir well. Add vegetable stalkand seasoning.
- Add pasta/macaroni in the soup while it is boiling.
- Once done serve:
- You can add a few chilly flakes for a tangy taste, this soup is loaded with an important anti-oxidant beta carotene which aids overall health.
