Ingredients:

• 1 packet wonton wrappers
• For the filling:
• 1 tbsp – freshly grated Ginger
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 cup -chopped Celery
• 1 – Egg
• 2 cups – finely minced shrimps
• 1 cup – minced, cooked crabmeat
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• oil for deep frying
• salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Put 1/2 tbsp filling at the centre of wrapper.
  2. Press the edges of wrapper, so the filling is enclosed.
  3. Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with soy sauce.
