
Ingredients:
• 1 packet wonton wrappers
• For the filling:
• 1 tbsp – freshly grated Ginger
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 cup -chopped Celery
• 1 – Egg
• 2 cups – finely minced shrimps
• 1 cup – minced, cooked crabmeat
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• oil for deep frying
• salt as per taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Put 1/2 tbsp filling at the centre of wrapper.
- Press the edges of wrapper, so the filling is enclosed.
- Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
