
Ingredients:
• 300g Corn off the cob/kernels
• 8 Curry leaves
• 4 Green chillies chopped
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp Lime juice
Method:
- Cook the corn till soft with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute the green chillies and curry leaves for 2-3 mins.
- Add the cooked corn, lime juice and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
