Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 1/2 cup – Coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 10 sticks – Cinnamon
• 5 – Cloves
• 5 – elaichi
• 1 cup – copra, grated
• Red Chillies: 2.5 times that of Coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Roast dry all the ingredients separately, except the elaichi and turmeric.
- Mix all the ingredients, powder fine in a liquidiser (blender or mixie), adding the turmeric powder.
- Store in an airtight container or bottle.
