
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Soya bean Nuggets
• 3 – Finely chopped Green chillies
• 4 – Big-size Onions finely chopped
• 1 cup – Curd
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Boil soybean nuggets to make them soft and drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions, hopped green chillies and cook till brown. Add salt to taste.
- Put soybean nuggets and cook it covered for some time.
- Add curd and cook till it is dry.
- Serve hot.
