Ingredients:
• 1/2 Chicken
• Ghee
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 Tomatoes – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Some coriander
• 4 – Green chillies
Method:
- Put some ghee in pan and add chicken. Fry it.
- Add garlic paste and tomatoes and cook for 10 min on low flame.
- After 10 minutes add salt, green chillies and coriander.
- Cover with lid and cook for another 35 minutes on low flame.
- Now open the lid and add garam masala.
- The dish is ready to be served.
