Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fresh unsour curds
• 1/4 cup – Milk (if required)
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 – small green chilli, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar powdered
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat curd till smooth and keep aside. Use milk if the curd is either sour or too thick.
  2. Add and beat till well Blend.
  3. Add cumin, salt, chilli and sugar and mix well.
  4. Add tomato, onion and coriander and mix well with a ladle.
  5. Refrigerate till required.
  6. Serve with pongal, lime rice, or any other pulao or biryani.
