Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh unsour curds
• 1/4 cup – Milk (if required)
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 – small green chilli, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar powdered
• salt to taste
Method:
- Beat curd till smooth and keep aside. Use milk if the curd is either sour or too thick.
- Add and beat till well Blend.
- Add cumin, salt, chilli and sugar and mix well.
- Add tomato, onion and coriander and mix well with a ladle.
- Refrigerate till required.
- Serve with pongal, lime rice, or any other pulao or biryani.
