
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – medium size Cauliflower cut into thin flowerets
• 1 – Potato peeled and cut as thin fries
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 1/2 – onion, chopped in length
• 2 – Green chillies slit lengthwise
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and turmeric.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove cover, add onion.
- Cook till all vegetables turn tender.
- Add chillies and poppy seeds.
- Make space in the middle of the pan.
- Break the egg into the centre and mix it with other ingredients.
- Fry for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve.
