
Ingredients:
• 1- cauliflower, medium size
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 5-6 – minced Garlic Cloves
• 2-3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• A little- ginger, not minced
• 1 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2-3 tbsp – chilli-garlic sauce (or depending on how hot you want)
• Salt -to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Baking dish
Method:
- Break the cauliflower into big florets and make sure to trim the stems.
- Wash it well, add a pinch of salt to it and boil it in water for 5 minutes.
- Then turn off the gas and drain the water.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger and chillies.
- Fry on high heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce to it.
- Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
- Now take the baking dish and arrange the florets on it.
- Spread the sauce on top of this and bake at 325 F for about 25-30 minutes.
- You can use a fork to check whether it’s properly Bake or not.
- Serve hot with fresh Bake bread or the frozen garlic bread and hot tomato soup.
