Ingredients:

• Broccoli florets – 2-3
• Potato – 1
• Onion medium – 1
• Carrots – 2
• Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
• Ginger – a small piece
• Garlic – 2 Cloves
• Cloves – 3
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Black Pepper -1/2
• Lime juice – as per taste.

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute chopped onions on low flame.
  2. Add chopped carrot and saute.
  3. Then add potatoes, broccoli florets, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  4. Fry for a while, add water and salt, and let it cook.
  5. Add black pepper powder, and let veggies cook until tender, and then take it off the flame.
  6. Cool and grind to smooth paste. Add water if it’s very thick.
  7. Check for salt and then add lime juice as per taste.
  8. Serve.
