Ingredients:
• Cabbage – 1/2 kg
• Carrot – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Cream – 2 tbsps
• Sugar – 2 tsps
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts
• 1/4 cup – Channa dal
• 1/4 cup – grated radish
• Salad oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
- Blend cabbage with roasted peanuts, channa dal (soaked in water and drained after 4 hours), and grated radish.
- Churn curd with cream, sugar, salt and salad oil to taste. Mix well and cool.
- Add grated carrot and chopped tomato.
- Once cooled, dress cabbage and radish salad with the curd mixture and serve.
