Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cashews
• 1 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Milk powder
• 1 tbsp- Milk
• 1 tsp – Powdered Cardamom
• 1 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Grind the cashews in a mixer grinder into a fine powder.
  2. Combine the ground cashews, powdered sugar, milk powder, cardamom, ghee and the milk.
  3. Knead into a thick dough.
  4. Roll out into 1-inch rotis.
  5. Now with a knife, cut into diamond shapes and bake in an oven till brown.
