
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice
• 1/2 cup – Chana dal
• 1/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 3 – medium-sized Tomatoes
• 4 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – fresh Coconut
• 2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 3 tsp – coriander powder
• 2- finely chopped Onions
• 1/2 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• A few Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rice, chana dal, and urad dal for 7 hours.
- Grind to a smooth paste like of a dosa batter. Let it ferment overnight.
- Grind tomatoes, coconut, and green chillies to a smooth paste. Add to the fermented batter.
- Now add jeera and coriander powder, chopped onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt according to taste. Mix all the ingredients.
- Heat a griddle, pour the batter, and spread it thinly.
- Drizzle oil on the side.
- Cook both sides till done. Repeat with rest of the batter.
