
Ingredients:
• 6 -pieces of Chicken
• 1 tbsp -ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp -green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp- Ghee
• 1 tsp- Maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1/2 cup- Milk
• 1/2- Egg
• 1 tsp- ajinomoto powder
• 1/2 tsp- black pepper powder
• salt
• bread crumbs and Egg for frying
Method:
- Wash the chicken.
- Add ginger garlic and chilli paste and boil till tender.
- Remove all the bones and cut chicken into small pieces. Keep it aside.
- Now heat oil and put maida in it.
- When it became pink add milk and cook for 2-3 min, or till when the paste becomes very thick.
- When it is a little cool add pepper, salt, ajinomoto powder, egg and chicken, mix well and make balls.
- Dip in bread crumbs and then dip in egg and then deep fry in oil.
