Ingredients:

• 6 -pieces of Chicken
• 1 tbsp -ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp -green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp- Ghee
• 1 tsp- Maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1/2 cup- Milk
• 1/2- Egg
• 1 tsp- ajinomoto powder
• 1/2 tsp- black pepper powder
• salt
• bread crumbs and Egg for frying

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken.
  2. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste and boil till tender.
  3. Remove all the bones and cut chicken into small pieces. Keep it aside.
  4. Now heat oil and put maida in it.
  5. When it became pink add milk and cook for 2-3 min, or till when the paste becomes very thick.
  6. When it is a little cool add pepper, salt, ajinomoto powder, egg and chicken, mix well and make balls.
  7. Dip in bread crumbs and then dip in egg and then deep fry in oil.
