Ingredients:
• 5 – hard-boiled eggs
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrots
• 3-4 – Lettuce leaves, broken into pieces well
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – dry mustard
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt – as per taste
Method:
- Peel and chop 3 eggs into pieces. Mix chopped eggs and carrots.
- Add salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour.
- Mix mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and mustard.
- Shake well till creamy.
- Pour it over egg mixture, keeping little remaining (approx 1/4 part).
- Mix it well.
- In a salad dish, spread lettuce leaves.
- Spread the egg mixture over it.
- Slice the remaining 2 eggs, remove the yolk.
- Top it with sliced eggs and then sprinkle crumbled yolk.
- Again pour the mayonnaise dressing.
- Chill for 1/2 hour and then serve on bread toast.
