Ingredients:

• 1 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/2 bunch – coriander
• 2 cups – sour Cream
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 10 Asparagus sticks – tinned or boiled
• 2-3 crushed Garlic Cloves
• 1 – chopped Green chilli
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Grind the celery and asparagus coarsely, along with coriander and a little water.
  2. Beat the sour cream and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil and fry the onions till translucent and add the garlic and chilli and fry well.
  4. Add the ground paste and fry well for 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the cream, followed by the herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add water to reach desired consistency.
  7. Serve with 1/2 tsp of butter.
