Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 3 – big Tomatoes or 4 medium size Tomatoes (cut them into pieces)
• 2 – Cloves of Garlic (cut into long pieces)
• 3 – Green chillies (cut them into long pieces)
• oil
• Mustard Seeds
• salt
• Coriander leaves (optional)

Method:

  1. Cook the rice and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan, prepare the seasoning with oil and mustard seeds.
  3. When the mustard seeds splutter, put the green chillies and garlic.
  4. Fry it for some time until the garlic becomes light brown.
  5. When this is done, put the tomatoes and fry for some time until the tomatoes are mashed.
  6. Then put the cooked rice into the above and mix well. Put the salt (as per the taste) and mix everything together.
  7. After putting the tomatoes, the frying should be done in a low flame.
