
Ingredients:
• 6 – Eggs, hard-boiled
• 3 – Potatoes, boiled and cut
• 1/2 – Coconut , grated
• 1/2-inch – Ginger, grind with masala
• 4 flakes – cloves, ground
• 3 – Chillies, green ground
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves, ground
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper corns, ground
• 5 – Cloves, ground
• 1 piece – Cinnamon, ground
• 3 – Cardamoms, ground
• 1 tbsp – Coriander/Dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera/Cumin powder, grind
• 1 ball – Tamarind, paste
• 1 – Onion, sliced for seasoning
• 2-3 sprigs – Curry leaves for seasoning
• 3 tbsp – Oil
Method:
- Keep the boiled eggs and potatoes aside.
- Now grind the masala and keep aside.
- Then heat the oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions until brown.
- Then add the curry leaves and the ground masala until well mixed.
- Add water for the gravy and let it boil.
- Now add the eggs and the potatoes and simmer until it blends well with the masala.
- Then add salt to taste and remove from the stove and let it cool.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
