Ingredients:

• 2 – Bitter gourd
• 4 – Lemon
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 10 – Green chilli

Method:

  1. Cut the bitter gourd into thin long pieces.
  2. Cut the green chillies into straight thin pieces.
  3. In a pan, boil 1 cup water, add bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies.
  4. Cook till the water evaporates.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Add lemon juice.
  7. Pickle is ready.
