
Ingredients:
• 2 – Bitter gourd
• 4 – Lemon
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 10 – Green chilli
Method:
- Cut the bitter gourd into thin long pieces.
- Cut the green chillies into straight thin pieces.
- In a pan, boil 1 cup water, add bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies.
- Cook till the water evaporates.
- Let it cool.
- Add lemon juice.
- Pickle is ready.
