Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 gm
• Yoghurt – 2 tbsp
• coriander – 1 tbsp
• Mint chutney – 1 tbsp
• crushed red pepper to taste
• Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala – a pinch (optional)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut Paneer into cubes and keep them aside. In a deep bottom bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned above except paneer. Add paneer cubes to this mixture and allow it to marinate for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Now heat a girdle and place all this paneer cubes flat .
- Let this get brown on one side and flip to other side.
- Remember that there is no oil.
- As Paneer some amount of hidden oil content in it , it gets fried.
- When it is browned on all the four sides it is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
