Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Chicken
• 1/2 cup – Thick Curd
• 2 – Tomatoes, small
• 1 – Onion, big
• 1/2 bunch – Curry leaves
• 3 tsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 bunch – Fresh Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the chicken thoroughly.
- Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
- Mix well and let it marinate for half an hour.
- In a kadai, heat oil and add finely sliced onions and fry till they turn light golden brown.
- Then add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes and tomato puree and fry well for 2 minutes.
- Add the marination and mix well.
- Cook on a low flame till all the gravy gets absorbed into the chicken and the oil gets separated.
- Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
