Ingredients:
• 2 cups grated Beetroot
• 2 cups Milk
• 1 cup Sugar
• 4 tsp Ghee
• For garnishing:
• 6 chopped cashews and Almonds
Method:
- Mix ghee with the grated beetroot in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 mins.
- Add milk, sugar, mix them well and cook for 40 mins, stirring every 5 mins.
- Garnish them with chopped almonds and cashews.
