Ingredients:

• 1/2 Chicken
• Ghee
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 Tomatoes – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Some coriander
• 4 – Green chillies

Method:

  1. Put some ghee in pan and add chicken. Fry it.
  2. Add garlic paste and tomatoes and cook for 10 min on low flame.
  3. After 10 minutes add salt, green chillies and coriander.
  4. Cover with lid and cook for another 35 minutes on low flame.
  5. Now open the lid and add garam masala.
  6. The dish is ready to be served.
