
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal (black gram split)
• 4 tbsp – Chana dal
• 4 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1.5 tsp – asafetida
• 1.5 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tbsp – black pepper
• 5 to 6 dry red chilies
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 8 to 10 Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Saute all the ingredients in a kadai with the oil till red and gives out an aroma.
- Cool completely.
- Grind all this to a fine powder.
