Ingredients:
• 1 cup – syrup from the tin
• 2 tsp – Pineapple custard powder
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Pineapple essence
• 2 slices very finely chopped tinned Pineapple
Method:
- Mix syrup & corn flour in a heavy pan. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, till mixture turns transparent, and coats the back of a spoon.
- Add pineapple bits, essence and stir. Serve warm. Variations
- Use canned litchis, mixed fruit, cherries etc. instead of grapes. Change the flour of the custard powder respectively.
- Use few drops color where desired.
