Ingredients:
• frozen puff pastry – 1 kg
• granulated Sugar – 1/2 cup
• sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
• Egg to brush
Method:
- Thaw the puff party and roll out to about 4 mm thick sheet.
- Brush the sheet with lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds.
- Cut into strips, about 2cm wide and 6-8 cm long.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in a very hot oven (240 degrees centigrade C) for 10 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 180 degrees centigrade and bake for 10-15 minutes more till well-risen and crisp.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
