Ingredients:

• 250 g – long Green chilli peppers
• 2 tbsp – roasted Peanut powder
• 2 tbsp – grated fresh Coconut
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – chaat masala
• Oil for cooking
• 100 g – Curd

Method:

  1. Slit the chilli peppers from the sides and remove the seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, roast the peanut powder, coconut and salt.
  3. Stuff the chilli peppers with this mixture.
  4. In another pan, heat oil. Then remove the pan from fire, place the stuffed chilli peppers, cover with a lid and let it stand.
  5. Once it’s heated through and soft, remove the stuffed peppers on to a plate. Pour curd over it, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
