Ingredients:
• 250 g – long Green chilli peppers
• 2 tbsp – roasted Peanut powder
• 2 tbsp – grated fresh Coconut
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – chaat masala
• Oil for cooking
• 100 g – Curd
Method:
- Slit the chilli peppers from the sides and remove the seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan, roast the peanut powder, coconut and salt.
- Stuff the chilli peppers with this mixture.
- In another pan, heat oil. Then remove the pan from fire, place the stuffed chilli peppers, cover with a lid and let it stand.
- Once it’s heated through and soft, remove the stuffed peppers on to a plate. Pour curd over it, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
