Ingredients:

• Dry Shrimps – 1 cup
• Grated fresh Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• Shallots/Onion sliced – 2 tsp
• Curry leaves – 2-3
• Salt – To taste
• Vinegar – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry the dry shrimps.
  2. Grind all the ingredients without adding water to a coarse paste.
  3. Excellent with rice.
