Ingredients:
• 1 no – potato, chopped
• 1/2 cup – beans, chopped
• 1 or 2 nos. – carrot, chopped
• 1/4 cup – peas, chopped
• 1 no. – tomato, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – whole Garam Masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon)
• To Grind –
• 1 tsp each – garlic, Ginger
• 6 nos. – Green chillies
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup – Coconut
• 10 nos. – Cashewnuts
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan , drop the garam masala, drop the sliced onion and keep frying till it turns brown.
- Add potato, carrot, beans, peas (all vegetables), water and cook it.
- Add the ground paste and cook for another 3 to 4 mins.
- Garnish with chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
