
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – moong dal.
• 1 cup – rice.
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder.
• 1 – tomato.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• Two pinches – Hing powder.
• 1 tsp – roasted white til.
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste.
• Salt to taste.
• Some coriander leaves.
Method:
- Soak the moong dal and rice for about 4 hours (or overnight).
- Then grind with the tomato, and the rest of the ingredients. The batter will be coarse.
- Make dosas with it on a hot tava.
- This goes well with coconut chutney or onion chutney.
