Ingredients:

• Paneer – 200 g
• eggs hard boiled – 3 (cut into halves)
• Tomatoes – 3
• Onions – 2
• Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 2
• Curd – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry paneer.
  2. Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  3. Slice green chillies lengthwise.
  4. Heat oil in a vessel. Fry onions and chillies till golden brown.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
  6. Add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  7. Then, add paneer, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and hard-boiled eggs.
  9. Serve hot with rotis or fried rice.
