Ingredients:

• 3 – buns
• 1/2 cup – cooked Rice
• 1/2 cup – cooked and diced Meat
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 – spring onion, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1 – green chilli, chopped finely
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Heat the pan. Melt the butter.
  2. Add spring onion and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Add all the ingredients except buns and cheese.
  4. Add half of the cheese. Cook for 5-7 mins.
  5. Remove from fire and keep aside.
  6. Halve the buns. Scoop out the inside of buns leaving 1 inch space from sides.
  7. Butter the buns. Bake it for 5 mins in a moderately hot oven.
  8. Remove buns from oven. Fill with meat-rice mixture. Garnish with grated cheese.
  9. Grill for 5 mins till cheese is light brown.
  10. Serve hot.
