
Ingredients:
• Gongura leaves – 1 cup
• Kadalai paruppu – 1 cup
• Tamarind – a small piece
• Red Chilli – 1
• Sesame oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put the pan in low flame pour 1 tsp oil in the pan.
- Add kadalai parippu, red chilli and fry it until kadali paripupu becomes light brown. Put it aside.
- In empty pan put gongura leaves and fry.
- After take the mixe put the kadalai paprupu, fried red ch
- li and gongura leaves with tamarind and grind to paste.
- After grinding pour the oil in the pan and put mustard seeds and some salt as required.
- Keep on slow flame until oil comes out.
