
Ingredients:
• Bhindi -1/2 kg
• Potato- 2 big
• Onion -2 big
• Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
• Oil to saute- 3 tsp
• Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Curry Powder to taste
Method:
- Wash and dry bhindi. Cut bhindi 1 inch long.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- Chop onions.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the cumin seeds. When it splutters add the onion. Fry till light brown.
- Add the bhindis and potato. Add turmeric powder and salt. Keep the flame low. Cover with a lid. Frequently keep stirring the bhindis.
- .Add the curry powder and simmer a little while.
