
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1.5 cups – white Rice
• 1.5 cups – boiled Rice powder
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Soak the three items in water for about 4 hours.
- Drain the water and grind the items together to make a smooth batter. Add salt.
- Heat a tawa and pour out a ladleful of the batter. Spread as thinly as possible. Cook both sides unbtil crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney.
