
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Watermelon juice
• 1/2 piece – Ginger
• 1 – small Green chilli
• 2 to 3 tbsp – cream, whipped smooth
• 1 small sprig – finely chopped Mint
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 slice – bread
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate ginger, keep it aside.
- Blend watermelon juice with bread, ginger and green chilli. Sieve.
- Add sugar, and salt. Chill for 2 hours.
- Serve in individual soup bowls.
- Carefully pour a swirl of cream, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and a tiny amount of chopped mint.
