 
            Ingredients:
  • 2 l – full fat Milk 
 • 1 cup – Milk powder 
 • 1 cup – cocoa powder 
 • 600g – fresh Cream 
 • 1 tin – condensed Milk 
 • 4 tbsp – Corn flour 
 • 1/2 cup – Sugar 
 • Chocolate shavings for garnish 
Method:
- Mix cocoa, milk powder, and corn flour in 200ml milk.
- Boil the remaining milk on medium heat.
- Stir frequently while cooking.
- Add condensed milk, and mix till all the contents have mixed well.
- Gradually add dissolved ingredients, stirring continuously until well dissolved.
- Add some sugar.
- Simmer further for some more time on medium heat.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Freeze for 4 to 5 hours till set.
- Remove from freezer, beat with electric beater, and add in cream.
- Beat till fluffy.
- Transfer to freezer tray, and reset for 5 to 6 hours.
- When fully set, scoop and serve.
- Transfer the scoops into small glass bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings
