Ingredients:

• 2 l – full fat Milk
• 1 cup – Milk powder
• 1 cup – cocoa powder
• 600g – fresh Cream
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 4 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix cocoa, milk powder, and corn flour in 200ml milk.
  2. Boil the remaining milk on medium heat.
  3. Stir frequently while cooking.
  4. Add condensed milk, and mix till all the contents have mixed well.
  5. Gradually add dissolved ingredients, stirring continuously until well dissolved.
  6. Add some sugar.
  7. Simmer further for some more time on medium heat.
  8. Cool to room temperature.
  9. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours till set.
  10. Remove from freezer, beat with electric beater, and add in cream.
  11. Beat till fluffy.
  12. Transfer to freezer tray, and reset for 5 to 6 hours.
  13. When fully set, scoop and serve.
  14. Transfer the scoops into small glass bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings
