
Ingredients:
• 3 – medium Tomatoes
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1 – tsp Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa daal
• 3 – Garlic pods
• 1/2 – tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Pinch Haldi
Method:
- Fry all the above ingredients in 2 tsp oil for about 10 mins and grind it to paste.
- Garnish with lot of coriander leaves and serve either chilled or hot.
- This can be served with rotis or rice.
