Ingredients:

• 3 – medium Tomatoes
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1 – tsp Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa daal
• 3 – Garlic pods
• 1/2 – tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Pinch Haldi

Method:

  1. Fry all the above ingredients in 2 tsp oil for about 10 mins and grind it to paste.
  2. Garnish with lot of coriander leaves and serve either chilled or hot.
  3. This can be served with rotis or rice.
