Ingredients:
• 20 – medium sized Chicken wings
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 2 tsp – black pepper
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – Egg beaten
• 3 tsp – Corn flour
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Cut the tips of the chicken wings then marinate them with all the above ingredients except the oil and set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken wings till crisp.
- Serve hot.
