Ingredients:

• Sona masoori Rice – 1 cup
• Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Garlic, diced – 12 flakes
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• Ghee – 2 tbsps
• Salt for taste

Method:

  1. Cook rice and allow it to cool.
  2. Heat ghee and oil and fry curry leaves.
  3. Add garlic and fry into brown colour.
  4. Add pepper powder and fry for minute.
  5. Mix rice, salt and few drops hot ghee.
  6. Serve hot.
