Ingredients:
• Black sweet Rice – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2 cups
• Ghee – 4 tbsp
Method:
- Soak the rice in water overnight.
- Cook the rice in 3 cups of water in a cooker for 5 whistles. Drain excess water.
- To the cooked rice, add sugar, ghee and mix well.
