Ingredients:
• Marinate:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Chilly powder – 2 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Gravy:
• Onions – 2
• Ginger – 2-inch piece
• Garlic – 5 flakes
• Chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
• Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
• Chilly Sauce – 3 tsp
• Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
• Cornflour – for thickening
• Oil – for frying
Method:
- Marinate chicken for 2 hours.
- Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
- In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic.
- When light brown, add all the sauces and salt.
- Add the fried chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
- Add cornflour in a little water and thicken the gravy.
