Ingredients:

• Marinate:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Chilly powder – 2 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Gravy:
• Onions – 2
• Ginger – 2-inch piece
• Garlic – 5 flakes
• Chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
• Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
• Chilly Sauce – 3 tsp
• Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
• Cornflour – for thickening
• Oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken for 2 hours.
  2. Fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic.
  4. When light brown, add all the sauces and salt.
  5. Add the fried chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cornflour in a little water and thicken the gravy.
