Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 g
• eggs hard boiled – 3 (cut into halves)
• Tomatoes – 3
• Onions – 2
• Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 2
• Curd – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry paneer.
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
- Slice green chillies lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a vessel. Fry onions and chillies till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
- Add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
- Then, add paneer, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and hard-boiled eggs.
- Serve hot with rotis or fried rice.
