
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Prawns (shelled).
• 6 – Onions (sliced).
• 2-3 – Green chillies (chopped).
• 1/2 inch piece – Ginger (chopped).
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder.
• 1/2 tsp – turmeric.
• 1/4 tsp – ground pepper.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Fry the onions till soft.
- Add the green chillies, ginger and powdered masalas and fry.
- Then add the prawns and cook till dry.
- Serve with rice and curry.
