
Ingredients:
• 2 – Apple
• 1 cup – Sugar, or to your taste
• 50 g – sugarless khoya
• 10 – Cashew nuts
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Remove the skin and the seeds of the apple. Grate the apple.
- Heat kadai and add the grated apple and sort well till it cooks.
- Then add sugar mix well till it gets the consistency.
- Now add khoya and sort well
- Then add ghee, dry fruits and mix well and serve.
- Tips: You can store it for one month.
